Okay after i posted what I ate I ate chips, more chips, ice cream (again) ham, an dthen a peanut butter sandwhich with milk. Oh gd, i felt like a cow. I felt horrible. Now today is a fresh day I still feel bad about yesterday. I have put in my, a cup of peppermint tea and hopefully that will sustain me until at least 4 where i'll get another cup of tea, no sugar or milk. well, welcome to re-runs
